All Clear can provide a 15 cubic yard Roll-off Dumpster, or an 8 cubic yard Dump-Bodied Trailer, for the purpose of special disposal needs such as a construction project, a renovation, or a home/basement clean out. The roll-off dumpsters are approximately 5 feet high, 13 feet long and 7.5 feet wide, with a hinged rear door for full ground level access.

These containers are sent out for a 2 week time period, but can be extended for special circumstances based on current demand for the container by other customers. The only restriction to these containers is that we ask all liquids to be segregated from the load. These liquids, such as paint or oil, will still be collected at the time of container pickup, but are processed differently post-collection necessitating their segregation. Roll-off dumpsters are typically located close to the area of work for customer convenience. There must be adequate space to safely place and retrieve the container, so there needs to be a mutual agreement between the customer and All Clear personnel on a suitable location at the time of delivery.

• We require an active credit/debt card remain on file for the duration of the rental for beginning and final charges.
• Roll-off dumpsters are priced to include 1 ton or 2 tons of material. This is determined at the time of rental depending on what you feel the weight of your disposal will be.
• Any weight in excess of your rental agreement is added to the cost when the container is removed from your property and properly weighed at the disposal site.
• Roll-off dumpsters are typically rented for up to a 2 week period. Multiple empties can be requested for an additional fee.
• You may dispose of almost anything in our roll-off dumpster except hazardous waste.
  Furniture, lawn tractors, drywall, wood, ceramics, plastics, appliances, etc. to name a few are acceptable. While paint, oil, herbicides, pesticides, antifreeze and other potentially hazardous materials must be separated from the contents of the container.
• Roll-off dumpsters are typically located close to the area of work for your convenience. There must be reasonable space to safely place and retrieve the roll-off dumpster.
  *There needs to be a mutual agreement between the customer and All Clear personnel on a suitable location at the time of delivery.

It is NOT necessary to be a curbside or dumpster customer to utilize this service!

On occasion there are items that are over-sized (greater than 4’)  that need to be removed and disposed of.  Some examples are:

• demolition debris
• bicycles
• furniture
• construction materials
• tires
• hazardous materials (electronics, petroleum, paint, etc.)

These items cannot be mixed in with the domestic trash and must be handled separately, each going to its own place for proper disposal.  A special pick-up will need to be scheduled with the office to assess what types of material are being collected and the disposal resources needed.  Also, an appropriate time for the customer will need to be agreed on.

All Clear can arrange, by appointment, to pick up any articles NOT acceptable for pickup with our Residential Curbside Waste Removal Service or Residential/Commercial Dumpster Service as well as any materials that are acceptable by those services.

An approximate quote will be given at the time the appointment is made based on a rough itemization of items to be disposed of. It is not necessary for a customer to be enrolled in one of the above mentioned services to utilize this service. The only stipulation to this service is that All Clear cannot, for insurance reasons, enter the customer’s premises for the collection of the items to be taken, all materials must already be outside of any standing structures.
